How can I identify who is using my wireless How protect?

Since months I try to protect my pc,but after installing over and over again
new systems, still "someone" is "sharing" my files! All the money I pay is
unsuccesfully, but wy? What can I do? Important files for my Lawers are send
to ??? Please help me to detect or give my tips to repair this or protect my
pc!
