wat do u mean by this. hide data and not column. do u mean hide cell??
If so then wat do u expect there will a hole in the worksheet???

If you are using a white background, then you could format the cells
to a white foreground, so that they appear empty. However, if you
select one of the cells then you can see what it contains by looking
in the formula bar. Also, if you select a group of the cells, you will
also be able to see what they contain through the highlight.

Hi Excel
Not sure what you want, but you can use the font with white instead of
black. You need to explaine more what you would like.
