Hi,
I am using Outlook 2003. In the main view, I have the flag status column
visible and I have multiple flags that mean multiple things. But I can only
chose one flag per email. Is there a way to have multiple flags appear in
the window. Example: I get an email and 4 things need done for that email.
I get one thing done and I label it with a red flag. I get another thing
done with the email and I label it with a blue flag next to the red flag.
That way later on, I can see only two flags and know that I need to do two
more things with the email because there are only two flags visible.
Anotherwards, "theoretically" I need to have 4 "Flag Status" columns so that
I can flag an email with more than just one flag. Is this possible?
