How can i get xCellRef.val.sref.ref.rwFirst?

I want to arbitrarily selected to the ranks of the cell, including the merger
of the cell,

XLOPER xCellRef;

xCellRef.val.sref.ref.rwFirst,

xCellRef.val.sref.ref.rwLast,

xCellRef.val.sref.ref.colFirst,

xCellRef.val.sref.ref.colLast

how can I get rwFirst, rwLast, colFirst, colLast?
