how can i get value from a template textbox?

I have a datagrid whose colums are created dynamically, and a template column
which includes a textbox in it. I enter a value into textbox, then I want to
get this value, which is entered into textbox.

How can i do that?

you must use like that :
((TextBox)(e.Item.Cells[3].FindControl("tbxmoney"))).Text
