How can I get the attachm't up top where the "TO: Sub:" box is?

I started a new job and am now using Window Office 2002. Everytime I attach a
file to my outgoing emails, instead of showing up in the box where the To:
CC: Subject: are, the attachment is in the body of the email...which is very
annoying because I will have to manipulate the text to fit the attached file
in.

If I go into Explore and find the file I want to send, do a right click to
send to Receipient, then it shows up at the top and not in the body of the
email...

Is there anyway to fix this problem?

Thanks.
Angela

Don't use Rich Text Format, use HTML or Plain text format for your emails.
By default, the Send to option uses Plain text as the format--that's why it
works "right" when you do that.
