How can I get the Analysis Toolpak

In excell I need to get the add-in called analysis toolpack, but I don't have
the CD (it's the schools) and I was wondering if there is any other way of
getting this add-in (downloading maybe!?!)
 
I think you'll need to get the CD to get it installed properly, in the right
directory, etc.
