How can I get some problem

Please inform me where can I get some problem? I need to create msaccess

No idea what you are asking. Where can you get some problems? What does

I mean by "Problem" is :
Prior to create a form or programming we need an idea as "for what we are
doing that database" or "on that basis we create that database". I hope
you understand this. e.g : In case I want to make a programming for Class
and Studen, I need information about all those student and all classes. I
need idea of what fields and what tables and so on. This is what I mean by
word "problem". In programming I heard people saying "problem".

It sounds like the question is: How do I build a model?

If this is indeed the question, answering it is beyond the scope of
these newsgroups, which are meant for providing specific answers to
specific questions; on the contrary, your question is very broad and, in
my opinion, the subject of a class or, at least, some serious reading.
Do a Google search on "Entity Relationship Model" and "Relational
Database Design", you'll find lots of links for a (good) start.
