How Can I Get E-mail Addresses (To, From, CC) to Auto-Complete Aga

Hi...

I just had to reinstall Windows XP...and with that, had to also reinstall MS
Office 2003. In Outlook, it USED to give me a pull-down selection list when
I entered the first couple of characters in an e-mail address (if there were
matches). But now, after the reinstall, I can't seem to get that to
work...and I have to enter the full e-mail addresses each time, for each
e-mail.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Never mind - found out how. I have to go to TOOLS>OPTIONS>OTHER and check
the "Enable the Person Names Smart Tag" box.

Do you have "Autosuggest..." turned on in Tools | Options | E-mail Options?

If you can find the .NK2 file that you used to use (do a Search for it on
your hard drive and look at the file size/modified date to figure out which
one is correct) you can copy/paste it over the new .NK2 file that Outlook is
using now.

Otherwise, the entries will gradually rebuild with time as you use the
product.
