HOW CAN I FORMAT COLUM B TO UPDATE DAYS DELIQUENT DAILY

all i want is to aviod having to come into the report & having to update
cells myself which is alot of unnessary work, please help. thank you.
 
if the data is coming from an external range just set it to refresh when you
open the sheet or refresh at certain intervals, then data range properties on
the external data tool bar then select refresh data on open

click the cell range,
