How can I find the database splitter wizard in Access 2003?

I need help finding add-ins for Access 2003. How do I find them? In
particular, I am looking for the database splitter wizard.

For a few versions now, Menu Items don't show first up if you haven't been
using the Menu items. You may need to click the "Show All" icon (2 down
arrow heads) in the Database Utilities Menu to show the the Database
Splitter Menu command.
