how can i find a word document by address

I'm looking for a shortcut to locate a letter I have written in Word, by the
address
 
Open my computer onm the desktop and choose search from the Standard toolbar.
In the “What do you what to search for?†click the All files or folders.
Enter the criteria you need for your search.
