How can I export my Inbox to Excel to include "Time and Date"

I am trying to export my email into excel so I can track actions in support
of various tasks. However, each time I attempt it the Date and Time columns
are not part of the output, nor are they available choices to modify the
choices while utilizing the wizard

You can't change the fields available for export. However, if you use Access to set up a linked table connected to your mail folder, you will see the Received date among the available properties. Third-party export tools are also available; see http://www.outlookcode.com/d/customimport.htm#tools
