if i don't change the shortcut property menu in a form,
is there a global command to do it for all the forms ?

Yes, you can disable the right-mouse shortcut menu globally for a database.
Go to Tools -> Startup... and clear the checkbox at "Allow Default Shortcut
Menus". Holding down the shift key during startup will bypass this option
for that instance of the database. Hope this helps.
