how can i easily get and insert email address to sent friend copy.

so i'm looking at a great article on the NY Times site, and would like to
sent to a friend - i click on "email to a friend" and of,course, it asks for
friend's email address and my address.............. is there a way or program
that will easily let me do this or must I minimize, open, copy, paste, yada,
yada, yada????
How about a google drop-down of 10 most emailed address with my default as a
autofill?
