How can I download a mail from anothter computer in the same LAN

We have a pop3/smtp acount on a server. We are on a workgroup. Every pc have
Microsoft Outlook 2003, and download all the mails from the server.

It is a way to download the mails to just one computer, and the others
computers in the workgroup to take it form this computer?

Tank You if You answer me.
We have a bad conections, and when all the computers download the same
mails, we must wait very much.
