How can I do this?

When using any text program, Word, Internet Explorer, Outlook
Express, etc., can I press a key combo and have my email addy
inserted? For example;

CTRL+z
"here's my real email addy (e-mail address removed)"

or, when my password is needed
CTRL+x "qwerty"

I want to be able to press, say CTRL+z and have the text inserted
into whatever document I working on. I have TwekIU but can't find
it their, and google doesn't get a hit. I really need an actual
examplebecause I'm not a computer Guru :)

WinXP SP2

Thanks, in advance.

To have this feature in all applications, you need a third-party macro
tool. Check at sites like http://www.tucows.com/,
http://www.simtel.net/simtel.net/ for such software.
In Word you can also define an AutoText or a macro entry for such
purposes (will work in Word only). Help with Word is available from
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.office.misc.
