How can I display records alphabetically

Hi, I want to display records on a form like way it is in outlook contacts.
I've tried the continuous form option but it only shows it in one row. I want
it to look like outlook contacts. Can anyone help. Thanks

Hrm? Continuous forms display multiple rows. That's what they're FOR!

Try opening the form in design view, moving all the controls to the
top of the Detail section, and dragging the bottom of the Detail
section up to the bottom of the controls.

If you base the Form on a Query sorting by whichever field you'ld
like, you'll see multiple records, sorted as specified.
