How can i display cyrillic characters in outlook express

98 used to display cyrillic characters in web adresses. Having upgraded how
do I do this in XP
 
With Outlook 2003 you do it by running it in Unicode mode.

For Outlook Express you should go to an Outlook Express newsgroup; this
group is for Microsoft Office Outlook component.

Make sure that you have Cyrillic language support installed on Windows XP.
