How can I disable the e-mail attachment rule in Outlook?

I recently sent an e-mail from my home account to my work account with a file
attached. When I opened the mail at work it had stripped the attachment out
of my mail. It was a standard Access DB file. Is there a way I can disable
the attachment security long enough to receive my own attachments..?
