How Can I Delete an Outbox Message

I have an outbound Email that is stuck in my Outlook 2003 Outbox. The
attachment on the message is extremely large (19MB), and the Send process
keeps erroring and terminating. I can't do anything with/to the message,
because "Outlook has already begun transmitting the message." Outlook
continues to attempt to send the message, and continues to fail because of
the size.

I've tried shutting down and restarting Outlook to get a chance to Delete
the message, but it remains in this limbo mode. I also tried working Offline
but no change. Any ideas on how to stop this cycle and remove the problem
message?
