(how) Can I customize the sound for a screensaver?

I like the MS Plus! aquarium screen saver, but when I forget and leave the
volume on high (after rocking out) that soothing bubble sound is no longer
remotely soothing and grates on my nerves. Silence is a bore.I've researched
doing this but can find nothing.

Right-click on your desktop and select:
Properties > Screensaver tab > Screensaver Settings
and uncheck the Sound box.
