how can I create hyperlinks in lotus notes?

How can I create links in lotus notes when sending mail so as to navigate on
the same page. When I create links using anchor links and link hotspots and
send it to someone it does not work. It shows a message at the receiver's
side that you are not authorized to view this page.
What can I do?

I am using lotus notes in my office.
Everyone is having Lotus Notes installed on their machines.

Then you need to contact Lotus Notes support, as this is not a FP related issue.
