How can I create an arrow in outlook message

I won't to point a word or something in a new email message(draw an arrow),
with a line or arrow. How can I manage that, if possible.

Outlook is not a drawing tool. Use a tool designed for your purpose.

Or you can use the Character Map to copy and paste various Unicode arrow
symbols:
↠↑ → ↓ ↔ ↕ ↖ ↗ ↘ ↙
⇠⇑ ⇒ ⇓ ⇔ ⇕ ⇖ ⇗ ⇘ ⇙

Make sure that you set your message encoding to Unicode if you use
Unicode symbols in a message.
