How can I create a search field in a data access page?

I would like to create a search field in my Data Access Page so that users
can enter in a word or number and get all the records that contain that name
or number to appear in in a sort of report. I've done this in my form using a
seperate form which has a text box. In my form if you enter a word in the
text box and hit the control button it will display a report with all the
records that contain the word in the search box. The only problem is that you
can't create a data access page from a form and I havn't been able to figure
out how to get a data access page to call up a report. Help please...
