How can I correct color index errors?

Run Time error 1004 - Unable to set ColorImdex propert of the interior class


How can I resolve this Macro problem?
 
If you are using Excel 97 and you are doing this from a commandbutton, try
changing the takefocusonclick property of the commandbutton to false.
