How can I copy & paste contact info from web sites into Contacts?

I can't seem to find the cop & paste commands or find a way to activate the
Clipboard when I am trying to copy and past email addresses, web page urls,
names, titles, phone numbers, etc from various other places into Contacts.
Where are the edit and past options hiding when I have Contacts open?
Thanks. In Outlook 2003 it was just there.

If you are in the Contacts Window use Edit -> just like normal. If you have
an individual Contact open, click in the field, right-click and choose
Paste - just like any other Office module....
What's difficult about that?
