How can I copy my Outlook files from desktop to laptop for travel?

How can I copy my Outlook calendar, tasks, contacts, notes, etc. from my
desktop PC to laptop for those occasional times when I travel on business for
2-3 weeks at a time?

I do have another issue, and that is that my Outlook now suddenly has all
the dates appearing in Arabic writing (as well as English). This happened
after downloading the download for Backing up Outlook. I removed the
download, and I removed the entire XP Office Pro software and re-installed
it, and it is still there. And of course I went to the MS Office Language
settings, and tried to change it there, but no luck. Any idea how to fix
this?
