How can I convert Palm OS data to Outlook applications?

I am about to receive a Blackberry, but I have years of data in my Palm OS
files. How can I convert that data to either Outlook or Lotus Notes for use
with the Blackberry?
 
Use a synch application compatible with both your Palm OS and Outlook or
Lotus Notes.
