How can I control the "From" address when I reply/forward an email

I have several email accounts on my computer. When I reply/forward an email
the "From" email address is the wrong account (not my default). If I create a
new message, the "From" address is correct. How can I specify what email
address appears on ANY out going email (whether its a new message or a
reply/forward)?

Also, some of the emails I am replying to or forwarding were sent "From" a
different email address and I think the s/w is defaulting the "From" to
whatever the original email address had (although if I get a new email sent
to me, then when I reply/forward, it has the wrong email also).

Please help!!! This is affecting my business (because my home/personal email
address is showing up on the "From" email address.

In general, Outlook will use as the receiving account the account with which
to send a reply.

If yo uhave more than one account, you should have an "Account" button just
to the right of the Send button (depending on the Outlook version, which you
didn't think important enough to state). Just choose the account with which
to send the reply prior to clicking Send.

If you wish to guarantee the separation of your work and personal mail, you
should consider using a separate mail profile for each.
