How can I close a document in one click? (possible in Word 2003)

In Word 2003 you could click an 'x' in the upper right corner of the
document. That 'x' has been replaced by a help icon ("?") in 2007. Is there a
way to close a document with just one click? (not File/close)?
Thanks.

Do this once: Go to File > Close, right-click it, and choose "Add to Quick
Access Toolbar" from the context menu. After that, you can click once on the
button on the toolbar to close the current document.

Another option: Use the Control+W keystroke & you won't have to click
anything at all :)
