How can I change variables in Business Contact drop-down lists?

The drop-down menus for each variable don't work for me. Are there templates
for different industries, or is there any way of re-defining fields and or
lists? Or is there any way of entering my own data?

BCM does not support customization of the forms.
Hence even if the BCM forms (Business Contacts or Accounts or Opportunities)
were customized (new fields added or changed), they would not available for
use on the BCM data.
The customization is anyways on the wish-list for future versions of BCM.
