how can i change the outlook color-the outlook display?

how can i change the color of the outlook office 2003 display? for example
the color is gray if i recivied a massege the color will become a light black
and i can not see these two color. Also, some people got a blue color when
they just update there outlook.

You may want to ask this question in an Outlook newsgroup. This
newsgroup is for the database program, Microsoft Access.
