How can I backup my calendar, tasks, etc., in Outlook?

Say, maybe you can help me, my computer crashed and I had to restore, but I
lost all my info in Outlook, my contacts, the calendar I had set up with all
the dates for me to pay bills, tasks, etc. Do you know what I could do to
stop that from happening in the future.

The file you need to back up is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
