How can I automatically receive a copy of every email I send?

I receive my email at various locations. Therefore I send email from various
locations. Obviously I can see all incoming mail at each location but my sent
mail is not centeralized. I can solve this problem by sending a copy of all
sent messages to myself but often I am in a hurry and forget. Is there a
setting that will allow me to to automatically send a cc to myself everytime
I send an email?
