How can I automatically bcc myself on all emails I send?

I want to bcc myself on all emails I send. Is there a way to have this done
automatically in Outlook?

sorry for asking, but can you tell me, why people want to send mails to
their own address?
The mails are storing in the sent folder, so i dont know the reason of
sending mails to me via bcc?

Andreas,

I use Outlook to manage my email open actions. It is much easier to
continue an email stream when I copy myself. This allows me to momve the
previous stream to a Personal folder by account, leaving the most recent comm
with any actions in the Inbox
