how can i allow users to insert a picture in a protected form doc

I would like to allow users to insert a picture in a protected form produced
in word 2003. Can anyone help.
 
Download the demo template Form_Picture.dot from
http://jay-freedman.info/form_picture.zip and study how it works. Then you
can apply that to your own form template.
