How can I add more dates to the employee operations timesheet

How can I add a months worth of dates using the Excel Operations Employee
Timesheet. I dont understand the formulas
 
I doubt you will get an answer if you don't post the formulas, I have never
heard of the this template and unless you find somebody who is using it you
need to post some more facts
