Hi All - I just figured out how to do this and thought I
would post in case anyone else is interested.
Open your private calendar that has holidays added - just
click on the date for memorial day and make sure it
says "Memorial Day" to make sure you holidays are added.
If they aren't click Tools/Options/Calendar Options/ Add
Holidays. Then.
Choose View | Current View | Events to switch to the table-
format Events view. All the holidays will be listed under
the Recurrence: (none) group.
Right-click any column heading, then choose Field
Chooser.
In the Field Chooser, switch from the Frequently-used
fields list to Date/Time fields, and then drag the Created
date up to the other field headers and drop it there to
add it to the fields displayed.
Click on the Created column header to sort by that field.
Arrow down the created column until you see Veteran's day
which should be the 1st holiday viewed. You will see
several Veteran's Day's because it adds tem for several
years.
Click on the 1st Veteran's Day and then use the arrow to
arrow down to the last holiday on the list, Christmas Day.
Hold your shift key down and click on the last Christmas
day. This should highlight all of the holidays in between
in blue
Let go of the shift key and click on Edit at the top of
your screen. Click Copy to Folder (Near the Bottom) and
then a box will pop up with a list of folders. Choose the
public Calendar and then click OK. This should copy all of
the holidays from your calendar to the public calendar.
