How can I add changes to an attachment?

I need to add ideas to an attachment document that would include choices i.e.
check boxes for options. Can someone help me?
 
Are you referring to a Word document?

If so, you posted to the wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is for Microsoft
Access (a database application) and not general computer "access".

Suggest you re-post to one of the relevant Word newsgroups.
