How can I add a worksheet when "Worksheet" is dimmed

In an Exel Workbook that has 11 sheets so far,
I need to add another worksheet but the word "Worksheet" is dimmed under the
"Insert" tab.
How can I add a new sheet?
 
Your workbook is probably protected, so unprotect it
(Tools>Protection>Unprotect Workbook...)
