how can export & import user account in AD?

I have one DC and i want export user account and config the DC again and
then i want import user account to DC?
what can i do?
please answer me by detail?

The best way to do this will be installation of "temporary" DC,
replication all the data from AD to this DC, transfering FSMO roles via
ntdsutil. Then You can reinstall Your old DC, promote it again,
replicate data, move FSMO roles once again and demote your "temporary"
DC. This process will keep Your AD operational at the time of your work,
will preserver all Your users data, GPO's and other things from Your AD.

I'd even go further. Once the "primary" DC is back and holding the FSMO's,
I'd leave the "backup DC on line. Not a good idea to be running with one
DC.....

Yes, of course - this is realy good idea - If he can "devote" this
hardware for DC it is definitly recommended
