How can every recepient in a distribution list, see only his or h.

Hi all,
I am using XP office product and want to organise my email messages on
outlook. I send regular emails to a distribution list and every recepient can
see a whole list of email addresses. Is there anyway that I can hide all
other addresses and the recepient can only see his or her email address?
I will appreciate if someone can tell me how to do it.

Two different questions.
To hide the recipients, use the BCC field.
To individualize the messages, use a mail merge to electronic mail.
