If you know Microsoft Access well, and want to help people in your own
language, there are a number of newsgroups in other languages.
microsoft.public.cn.access is in Chinese for example.
In addition to finding a newsgroup in your native language, it appears
you English may well be good enough to help. Sure sometimes communications
may get a little difficult, but that happens with those of us who have
spoken English all our lives.
Note that this is the Microsoft Access (database) support newsgroup. If
that is not your area of knowledge, you may want to find a different
newsgroup.
