How are search results ordered? Alpabetically? Frequency of key te

When I type in a question or a keyword in the Search box, what is the
ordering of the resulting list of returned items?
 
If you mean in Office 2003...that fact is still a bit of a mystery!

You'd THINK the top return would be the most relevant...but that's not
always the case. The help system was revamped in 2003...and there's
obviously still work to do since it doesn't usually get the best hits.
