How and where to use Group Policy

I am trying to use Poledit in XP but it doesn't have it
in it. Reading the help it says to use Group Policy but
how and where???
 
Group Policy is a feature of Windows XP Pro. To access it goto
Start>>Run>>Type "gpedit"
