How about help that explains something?

So in going through the Options available for Outlook 2003, I notice an
option located under Tools -> Options -> Other -> Person Names. I don't know
why the context sensitive help is missing in so many of the new dialog
boxes/tabs but the Other tab still has one. I click the ? to gain an
understanding of "Enable the Person Names Smart Tag", expecting to find out
what is a Person Names Smart Tag and do I want to enable it.

Here's what I receive for help--"Specify that the Person Names Smart tag is
turned on." Given that I'm a college graduate, I really do know the meaning
of the word, "Enable". If this were an isolated incident, I wouldn't be so
annoyed, but so many of your help items are as useless as this. Doesn't
anyone read these before allowing them to be published? This reflects so
poorly on your company.

I agree with you wholeheartedly! Some areas of "Help" are very vague and in
some cases, non existent. By the way, if you haven't found out what a a
Person Names Smart Tag is, read on. I had to "google" it to find it!
Using Person Names Smart Tags:
Smart Tags enable you to perform actions that you would normally need to
open other features to do. The Person Names smart tag allows you to select
from a list of options, such as sending an email, inserting the person’s
address, or adding the person to your Contacts. To display the Person Names
smart tag, rest the mouse pointer on the sender’s name in an open email
message, or on the email address of an open Contact. Click the tag and select
the option.
