Hovering (mouse over) clock in sys tray not working.

I am having a problem with my system tray clock. A great deal of the
time when I hover over it with my mouse nothing pops up. I can hover
over any other item in the system tray and it works fine. Also it
comes and goes, later I can try it and it will work. Just a bit ago I
noticed that it did pop up but was hidden behind the task bar, but now
it doesn't even do that. Anyone know of anything I might do to fix
this?

Try :
Start - All Programs - Right click something - Sort by name
 
Ok, I did it. It happened to be working at the time so we'll see if it
happens later. If it does I'll try it again. Thanks.

I am quite sure that it *will* happen again because this is a known bug in XP.
