Hover Buttons

Okay, so I'm making a webpage with FP2000 and I've
included hover buttons on it...which seem to screw things
up. i read in an earlier post that hover buttons are java
applications...so would my problem be because the server
that i'm trying to publish onto doesn't support java?
 
1) Please define "screw things up"
2) It's not the server that doesn't support java, it's individual O/S and
browsers that don't have the JVM installed.
