Hover Button Hyperlink

Hover Button Hyperlink (on Frames page) does not work when
published on our server, it works OK when published on my
desktop. WHY?
 
Look at earlier posts today to see why you should no longer use hover
buttons. Try to look thru previous posts for the last two days to see if
your question has been answered recently!
